  1. What are your business hours? We are open 7:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday. On Saturday and Sundays, our hours are 8:00am-12:00pm.

Fees and Payments

  1. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept MasterCard, Visa
  2. Do you offer any discounts or promotions? Yes! By signing up for our loyalty program, you will have access to promotions and discounts.
  3. What is your policy on tolls and parking tickets? Any parking tickets or tolls incurred during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility. The card on file will be charged the amount of ticket/toll.

Booking and Reservations

  1. How do I book a rental car? You can click on “Book Now” and follow all the prompts. Upon successfully booking, you will receive a confirmation to your email.
  2. Can I modify or cancel my reservation? You can call or email to cancel your reservation.
  3. What information do I need to provide when booking a car? To rent our vehicles, you will need to provide: a valid driver’s license and a credit or debit card.
  4. Do I need to pay a security deposit? Yes, all rentals require a $75 security deposit which will be returned immediately at end of rental period.

Rental Requirements

  1. What are the age requirements for renting a car? All renters must be 18 years or older to rent a vehicle. However, if under 21 years of age, there will be an additional $50 rental fee per rental period.
  2. Do I need a valid driver’s license? All renters must have a valid driver’s license and credit/debit card in their name to book a rental.
  3. Can I use a debit card to book a rental? Yes you can use a debit card to book a rental.

Rental Policies

  1. What is your fuel policy? All vehicles will have a full tank of gas. The vehicle must be returned on full or a fuel charge will be applied.
  2. Can someone else drive the rental car? The renter is the only one authorized to operate rental during rental period.
  3. What is your policy on mileage limits? All rentals come with unlimited miles.
  4. Are pets allowed in rental cars? Pets are allowed in the vehicle. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle is the same original condition.
